By accessing our website or engaging California Glass Tinting for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

California Glass Tinting provides professional window film installation services for residential and commercial properties throughout Southern California. All services are subject to availability, site assessment, and mutual agreement on scope and pricing.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change upon on-site assessment.
• Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for changes in project scope.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments are confirmed by email or phone.
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful installation, customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to windows and work areas.
• Remove window treatments, blinds, and items near windows prior to service.
• Ensure windows are reasonably clean (we perform a final clean before installation).
• Notify us of any existing window damage, coatings, or special conditions.

6. Warranty

Window film products are backed by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage varies by film type and brand. Labor warranty terms are provided at time of service. Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by improper cleaning or use of abrasive materials
• Pre-existing window defects or damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from external impacts

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, check, and cash. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

California Glass Tinting's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of California Glass Tinting and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
